International adoption during COVID-19

For most countries, intercountry adoption during COVID-19 are not only possible, in some countries adoptions are running more smoothly and are expedited. For the most part, the paperwork and homestudy process remains the same. Masking is still very common in countries outside the United States, especially in countries that don't have as much access to vaccinations. China is the only country Agape works with that has temporarily suspended the processing of international adoption during COVID-19.
